The story of the butterfly

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly.
One day a small opening appeared.
He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours
as it struggled to squeeze its body through the tiny hole.
Then it stopped, as if it couldn’t go further.

So the man decided to help the butterfly.
He took a pair of scissors and
snipped off the remaining bits of cocoon.
The butterfly emerged easily but
it had a swollen body and shrivelled wings.
The man continued to watch it,
expecting that any minute the wings would enlarge
and expand enough to support the body,
Neither happened!

In fact the butterfly spent the rest of its life
crawling around.
It was never able to fly.
What the man in his kindness
and haste did not understand:

The restricting cocoon and the struggle
required by the butterfly to get through the opening
was a way of forcing the fluid from the body
into the wings so that it would be ready
for flight once that was achieved.

Sometimes struggles are exactly
what we need in our lives.
Going through life with no obstacles would cripple us.
We will not be as strong as we could have been
and we would never fly.
So have a nice day and struggle a little.

Who is Tony Judson?

and that’s an interesting question and it got me thinking about who I really am and what made me the way that I am and influenced my make up and thinking.

Where to begin, well I suppose it has to be from the beginning and that’s about 65 years ago now! I don’t feel that old but then with age comes experience and knowledge right? That apart I was born in Peterborough to a great Mum and Dad who were not well off but were honest hard working people dad was a fireman on the railway yes it was steam then and he was fortunate enough to fire the famous Flying Scotsman from Kings Cross London to Edinburgh and I can remember going down to our railway crossing with my mum to wave to dad as he flew through. Mum was a shop assistant in a local chemists and both sang in the church choir as I did as a boy. I was one of three as I have a great brother and a fab sister.

I enjoyed music and some say that it was as a result of mum letting me cry myself to sleep as a baby to classical music. If this is true then it worked because I was at my Grandma’s one day when she was clearing out her under the stairs cupboard and came across a small violin, this was to be the start of my musical career. I had lessons at school by a fantastic teacher Mr Frank Lee and although lessons were included at school I really needed some extra lessons as I was going faster than the other children in my class. Mr Lee offered me free lessons at his home which was fantastic as mum and dad could not afford to pay for extra lessons at the time and this enabled me to be able to take Royal School of music exams.

This was only the start as I joined the army as a musician and had to learn a band instrument as well as stringed,in this case it was the clarinet. After many years of practising six or seven hours a day I was fortunate enough to go to the army school of Music learning the theory of music as well as the playing side. Even at this time of my life I had a passion for learning new things and this environment may have been just the discipline that I needed to learn how to focus and work to get the job done. My intention was to become a bandmaster or even become an officer and director of music I was doing a correspondence course to help me with the understanding of how to arrange music for the military band and to return to the army school of music for a three year bandmasters course. But things don’t always work out the way you want them too and I was taken ill with pains in my back which turned out to be a kidney that had stopped working and had to be removed!

This was a great disappointment as it meant that I was not medically fit for service, as a result it meant leaving the army and not being able to pursue my planned career but once again this taught me a valuable lesson.

What had I learned so far in my life, that not everything in life is certain and that if you want something badly enough you can learn and practise it until you can do it.

If you can do it once you can do it again.

So what next?

I decided to return to my roots in Peterborough and re group so took a job with Perkins Engines working in the offices chasing parts into the factory. This was short term as it was mundane, the same thing day in day out.

Its funny sometimes how things work out as we had invited a double glazing salesman to our house for a quote as we lived next to the main railway line. It was to be the start of my new sales career as the salesman told me how much I could earn selling double glazing. So I left the day job and started my commission only job attending numerous sales training courses, more reading and yes earning plenty of money I read and studied everything I could about the selling industry.

After a few years I met someone in the office equipment business who needed a salesman to sell his products and once again learned everything I could about selling business to business. I enjoyed the industry so much and was given a directorship by the then owner Sir Montague Pritchard who appointed me Managing Director after a few months. The business took off and we became one of the leading dealers for Sharp Electronics selling photo copiers and fax machines and it was at this point that I was head hunted to train as a dealer manager for Sharp copiers selling to the dealers all over the south east of England. Things continued to improve as I was asked by Sharp to start a training school for dealers sales people in the head office in Manchester, wow what a turn around in just a few years one career had ended suddenly and new one had been developed.

Helping the dealers sales people to sell more was great and this lead to yet another opportunity when visiting a dealer in Birmingham who asked me why I was working as an employee for Sharp when I could be running my own Sharp Dealership and earning a lot more money? The question had not entered my head before as I was enjoying training people to succeed in the industry, but it did make me think I was already training other peoples people to sell why not my own sales team? Whats stopping you he asked and I knew the answer, capital to invest in the business I replied. What if I put the money up to help you to get started he said. You would get your copiers from me and you can pay me when you sell them,I didn’t give it a second thought my own office equipment dealership.

We opened our doors just a few weeks later trained some sales people and started selling immediately. With the help of the bank we bought an old house and converted it into offices and workshop ,we were in business. This taught me another lesson if you work hard and make yourself valuable people will want to be involved and help you, this had happened several times already and continues today.

First comes work and then the opportunities , the income and lifestyle will follow you! Its called the law of attraction.

We made the decision to concentrate on selling to major accounts such as Thomas Cook , VAG Volkswagen , EMAP, R & S components etc which is where I met some top business people and joined the chamber of commerce where I was asked to be a director promoting the chamber to increase membership which we did very successfully, as a result I met some interesting people from Peterborough United and started to do some commercial work for them putting together the first business plan to promote sponsorship and sales of advertising around the ground this was very successful and I was later invited into the boardroom as an associate director.

I was in my element as I had been a supporter since I was in short trousers once again the law of attraction was at work and here was another lesson “Success breads Success”

But disappointment was just around the corner once again as the major leasing company that we were working with to finance our sales went out of business owing us £80,000!! and we were out of business over night.

Once again it was time to dig deep and start again from scratch. A friend of ours had been to see us when we had the business as he had started his own network marketing business in home shopping and invited us to join his team, at the time it was of no interest to us but now it was time to take a closer look.

Yet another new career then. The experience of my other interest in business did come in useful but once again a learning programme was put into place to learn about The Network Marketing Industry once again a lot of reading attending trainings all over the country to find out how to succeed in our new industry from the people who had already done it. What became obvious was the need for a system for others to follow making the whole business duplicatable. So my first job was to take the best of everything that I had learned from the people who had traveled the road so far and add my own experiences from my previous businesses and come up with a success plan that we could all duplicate. The system to me is the no one reason for success in the network marketing industry everyone should if asked understand and be able to say what their system is and does. Its a bit like a football team playing to a system without a system its every man for himself and that will never win you games.

The second most important aspect is training the people in your team who want to succeed and are prepared to take action and here I am very comfortable helping people to develop good strong businesses and incomes with no upper limit for life. Not only is it important to train you team but you need to train them to train others to train others to duplicate a simple system that anyone can follow. Don’t worry your sponsor and there sponsor will work with you and help you to do this until you can do it yourself.

THE INVESTMENT IN TIME AND MONEY WAS INVALUALBLE. We now earn more in a month than most people earn in a year, traveled the world with our team a lot of the time FREE with our fabulous company and have the freedom to do what we want when we want because we have no boss, in network market you are the boss! We were awarded our companies Distributor Of The Year award in 2003 out of over 10,000 distributors and have had 3 of our leaders receive this converted award over the last 6 years which means more to use than winning it our selves. We only succeed when they succeed, the power of duplication.

Seeing our group earning well above average incomes and many of them are earning as much as the Prime Minister or more gives us a good feeling inside, even people who are earning just an extra £500 to a £1000 per month part time is something to celebrate. Everyone from all walks of life and from any background can succeed in network marketing, all they have to do is learn a simple system and take action.

I believe that you can do anything if you are prepared to do the reading and training necessary to be at the top of your chosen field and be coach-able. How about you?

We are now ready to pass on our knowledge and experience to anyone interested in making a success with their lives and who are prepared to do the reading and learning necessary to make it big in The Network Marketing Industry.

So who is Tony Judson? A combination of all of the above and the influence of many successful people who I have had the privilege of learning from.

Take control of your life and your actions and you will take control of your life.

Remember! If it is to be its up to me.

If You are ready to do what it takes to help yourself and others contact me.

Whats next I hear you say more of the same and to dominate the Internet Network Marketing world in the UK . Its just a matter of time.

We will continue to follow the proven system that we have already operated successfully to date but will integrate the internet marketing side of the business, you have to move with the times and you can’t ignore the growth of Internet marketing unless you want to stand still!

Want to join us on the next part of the journey? You know what to do.

Contact me! but only if you have the drive and determination to succeed , what ever it takes!

To your success

Can you name one negative person with a successful life? Every successful person has had either a very positive person behind them or they had a very positive attitude. We need to start instructing or teaching our children the values of goal setting and planting or having a positive attitude. So many parents don’t present a positive outlook or instil a can do attitude.

We have so many problem finders. We need more problem solvers. It’s just a matter of how you look at it. The negative and the positive approach.

A positive person will accept the situation and go right into solving the problem.

The whiner is to busy complaining to look for a solution for their problem. They will usually

blame everyone else for their problems or troubles. Every single success story had obstacles that had to be overcome. Successful people just solve the problem and move onto the next. The whiner fails because he doesn’t believe he can solve the problem or succeed. They just give up.

That’s where the BIG SIN is!

You stop and think, look back in your life. I bet you can find times where something came up and you said NO PROBLEM and you solved or fixed it. Then other times you just said what do I do what do I do? Then the minute you got back on the horse you solved the problem in no time.
I think it’s a Universal Law. Success comes from belief and action and failure from doubt and inaction.

If you do nothing, nothing will come from it.

If you act upon it you will find an answer.

This is where we need to start teaching or instilling within our young people that anything can be accomplished with positive thought and action. Even a mountain of dirt can be moved one shovel at a time. Sometimes some of us give our children and young people excuses so they don’t keep trying.
Instead of telling them how they can do it they can figure it out, we let them slide on many things that they actually could have done. So instead of making them stick to it or at least saying okay lets do it together then.We just let it slide.

The kids that are inspired to do well usually will. There are always exceptions to the rule. The kids
that are slammed or knocked all the time, you can’t do it, you won’t do it. You will never be anything.
Most of the time they won’t. Now then again there are the ones that do turn things around, but it is because they became a positive person themselves for some reason. But it still goes back to being a positive person.

It’s so important to understand Attitude is success or failure.

Its your attitude that determines your altitude

Top 15 Ways to Build Your Subscriber List

Email marketing can be profitable for any business, no matter what kind of product or service you offer. It is significantly cheaper than other advertising methods and, if done right, helps build loyalty and trust with customers. As a result, you generate more sales and more profits!

The foundation for successful email marketing is a targeted, permission-based email list. Marketers call contact lists their “goldmine” because it can generate much of their sales revenue. If you’ve built up a list of opt-in subscribers that are qualified and interested in what you have to offer, then you’ve completed the first step and are on your way. Now it’s time to “mine” for gold!

Below you’ll find several list-building and retention ideas that will help you get the best results from all your email marketing activities:

Provide useful, relevant content. Your visitors will not give you their email addresses just because they can subscribe to your newsletter free of charge. You have to provide unique and valuable information that will be of interest or use to them.

Add a subscription form to every page on your website. Make sure it stands out so it is easy to find. If it doesn’t look cluttered, you may want to include more than one on some pages. For instance, if your opt-in form always appears in the top-left corner of your site, you may want to add one at the end of your most popular articles.

Add subscription forms to your social media pages. Make sure that you don’t waste this valuable source of revenue opportunities. Integrate your sign-up forms with Facebook and more!

Make it easy for readers to sign up. The more information you request, the fewer people will opt-in. In most cases, a name and an email address should suffice. If it’s not necessary, don’t include it here. You can always survey them once they’re customers! We do recommend that you provide a link to your Privacy Policy however.

Publish a Privacy Policy. Let your readers know that they can be confident you will not share their information with others. The easiest way to do this is to set up a Privacy Policy web page and provide the link to it below your opt-in form. (Note: If you don’t have one, put the words “privacy policy generator” into a search engine and you should be able to find a suitable form to use.)

Provide samples of your newsletters and Ezines. This lets potential subscribers review your materials before they sign up to determine if it’s something they’d be interested in.

Archive past newsletters and articles. An online library of past newsletters and articles is both appealing and useful to visitors and builds your credibility as an authority. In addition, if your articles are written with good SEO techniques in mind, they can increase traffic to your website through enhanced search engine positioning.

Give gifts subscribers can actually use. Offer an opt-in bonus for joining your subscriber list! Write an ebook or provide a PDF business report, or even hire a programmer to create downloadable or web-based software. But don’t limit yourself to offering gifts to opt-ins. Give them out when your readers fill out a survey, provide a testimonial, success story, or a great product idea. Let them know when they can expect the next gift offer. Everyone likes to get something for free! And if you pass out “goodies” throughout the year, your subscribers will feel truly appreciated ? and that’s good for business!

Ask your subscribers to pass it on. Word of mouth is a powerful viral technique that works great with email marketing. If your subscribers find your content interesting, amusing or informative, they’ll probably share it with their friends. This can be a great source of new customers, so make sure to remind them to “pass it on”.

Let others reprint your newsletter as long as the content is not modified. If you’re happy to share your content with the universe, then why not! Many webmasters and newsletter publishers are actively looking for high-quality content and, if they reprint your newsletter, you’ll get new subscribers, and more traffic and links pointing to your site.

Include a “Sign Up” button in your newsletter. If you’re using plain text instead of HTML, be sure to provide a text link to your subscription page. You may feel that this is not required because the subscriber is already on your list, but remember that readers will forward your newsletters to others, or reprint them online. Make it easy for them to subscribe!

Add a squeeze page. A squeeze page has one goal ? to acquire opt-ins and build your list. Think of it as a mini-sales letter to go along with your subscription or opt-in gift. It should feature a strong headline and a couple of powerful benefits that should make subscribers salivate to sign up! Once created, use a service such as WordTracker to find hundreds of targeted keywords, and promote your offer using pay-per-click advertising from Google, MSN and Yahoo. Now that should make a splash!

Include testimonials on your squeeze page. This is crucial. Put one or two strong testimonials from satisfied customers on your squeeze page. This can be in any format, but you may find that multimedia (audio or video) is more “believable” and inspires more people to action. To further enhance believability, get permission to use actual customer names, locations and/or urls (Don’t use “Bob K, FL”). Add a note inviting others to participate. After all, it’s free publicity!

Blog religiously. Blogging is a great way to communicate with prospects and potential customers, and creates a nice synergy with your email marketing. Be sure to include your newsletter sign-up form on each page of your blog. You can start a free blog at Blogger or WordPress.

Post on other blogs. Post thoughtful comments and information on similar blogs with a link to your squeeze or opt-in pages. Also comment on others’ blogs through trackbacks. In most cases, your comments will be posted on their blogs with a link back to your site. This is an easy way to generate new traffic and subscribers, and get your brand out there!

Email Marketing will grow your business faster than any other marketing medium!

I use and recommend Get Response Take a FREE tour

A 10 minute system that helps you organize life in every important area .

How important is it to organize life?

Everything in our life comes from how we organize it, right?

When everything is organized we can do more, achieve more, become more, and enjoy everything more too, can’t we?
Can’t you?

Are you Overwhelmed? Frustrated? Dissatisfied? Life throws a lot at you. How are you managing it all until now?

Those who organize life will excel far beyond those that don’t because Life Organization is the biggest frontier of development .

Are you ready for that?! But what is it exactly that you are searching the net for regarding how to organize life? What does it really mean to organize life?

Do you want a solid grand system to totally organize life? Do you want some temporary techniques to apply now? Would you like permanent principles for how to organize your entire life?

To organize life you will capture every worth while thought to efficiently choose your actions for all that is important to you, without wasting time or losing time, and allowing you to succeed at whatever you desire.

At times we get off track, whether practically, or with our efficiency, or emotionally.

At those times, I do a 10 Minute Get-on-track review. Essentially it is about writing down things weighing on my mind.

I use the following categories of self-questions to help me do my organize life 10 minute focus sessions.

Organize Life for Self – Touching on my emotions and physical experience. Accept and appreciate how I feel right now. This is the core of how to organize life. It starts from within.

Organize Life for Yesterday – I then take a moment to reflect on yesterday, as that is where I have come from.

Organize Life for Today – Think of the fixed appointments, the general layout of your day to come, and where the areas of your day are where you get to
decide exactly what you do with the time.

Organize Life for Civilisation – What do you want to do in society? What is your place and purpose in terms of contribution and business?

Organize Life for Ideally Organized Living – Picture the biggest possible ideally organized living circumstances that fill your fantasy. This connects
you with the spark of life.

Organize Life for Projects – Now you are ready to consider the actual projects and responsibilities that you have in your life. Tasks, hobbies, interests,
pursuits, business ideas, etc.

Organize Life for Right Now – Through the above self-question process you are probably now ready to decide on the next step activities to organize your life even more.

This 10 minute review might take longer when you first do it. Take your time with it, and remember this article. As a Professional Organizer I can guarantee by doing this simple 10 minute process regularly your life will become more and more organized.

I could make it very easy from the start and say that you are already manifesting your desires everyday, but you just don’t realize it. Most people are unconscious creators. They go about their daily lives not knowing that the thoughts they are thinking have an impact on their outside world. The Law Of Attraction, probably the most important law governing creation states that all forms of matter and energy are attracted to that which is of like vibration. What this means is that the thoughts we hold in our minds begin to attract similar thoughts and become larger masses of thoughts we call thought forms.

So what are the implications of this for you? Stated simply, you get what you focus on. “But I’m always thinking about money and i never have any,” you say. And that is because you never stay focused on the abundance in your life, but are always looking at the lack of what you do have. So that is what you attract into your life. If you could stay focused on one thing and imagined the excitement you would feel if you already had it, it would show up in your life in a relatively short time.

The world you see is only a mirror of all the thoughts you have inside of you. Change your thoughts and you change the perception of your world. Quantum physics teaches us that nothing exists independently of your perception of it. In actuality you get to choose what you see. That is why several people observing the same thing each have different opinions as to what really happened.

If you want to manifest your desires there are a few steps you need to follow.

Number one in importance is knowing what you really want. The more definitive you can be, the easier it will be to reach your goal.

  Number two in importance

is the more enthused, excited and emotionally charged you are about something, the faster you will see it show up in your life.

Next, you have to allow it to come into your life. What i mean by this is not to expect it to come in a certain way, the when, where or how.

Just let it flow into your life.

And lastly, you should have a feeling of gratitude, or thankfulness in advance, to be grateful before and for the thing that you want.

Good luck in your manifesting and thanks for reading.

Network Marketing can Work for You…

Network marketing can work for just about anyone.

Although it can work for just about anybody, there certainly are some key factors that lead to the success of particular individuals and the failure of others.

Let’s take a look at some of those factors that will lead to your network marketing business success.

You have to really “want it” to work:

If you have dreams and are willing to do the necessary work then network marketing will work for you.

You cannot buy success in network marketing.

There are no secrets to network marketing success. You have to be willing and want to do the required work for the success of your network marketing business.Simply, if you want success badly enough you will need to do what ever it takes to get it and follow the success system of your team.

You have to have the right attitude:

If you have not read it yet, I suggest that you read “Think and Grow Rich” By Napoleon Hill.It explains the simple truth about what it truly takes to get what you want out of life. Click here for a FREE download of the e book

Your success begins with your attitude!

Success and happiness do not happen by chance. You have to make the choice that you want these things in your life and then you have to have a plan to make these things happen. It all starts with an attitude for success.

You have to have a strong system of belief

If you believe in yourself, your product or service, and your network marketing business then you will succeed. You must believe that you can succeed before you can.You must believe in your product or service as well as believe in yourself. It is crucial that you choose a business with a product or service that you can believe in wholeheartedly and that people want need and can afford

Works if you are looking for additional income

You can make a whole lot of money with a network marketing business, but you can also be successful with a network marketing business if you are looking for just a supplemental incomeIf you are looking for an extra 500 a month you can definitely achieve this within a few months with a reputable network marketing business.

You have to be willing to learn from others

Just like everything else in life, you cannot be successful in network marketing unless you are willing to learn from the experience of others.

You have to be a student of your business.

You have to be flexible and willing to learn from the success and failures of those that have been successful. The best network marketing companies make this task very easy for you by providing top notch and progressive trainingEven if you’re starting alone in your new network marketing business you can certainly be successful if you take advantageof the training provided to you through your prospective companies and your sponsor.

You have to be willing to invest in your network marketing career

This is a very important point. This is a point where I think many fledgling network marketers fail. They assume that paying for there distributor kit is all that they need to do to be successful in there new business. This is completely wrong to think this way and it will only assure that you will indeed fail.Your distributor kit does not entitle you to immediate success, it doesn’t work like that.To succeed in network marketing you have to understand that you are running a business. To run a successful business you must make continuous investments of your time, energy, and resources.

I will say it again,

You need to be prepared to learn so that you can teach others

and this is the real basis of network marketing so that instead of it being all down to you to build your business you have hundreds of distributors that you have trained

who then go on to train others to train others so you would want to teach them well right !!

You must invest your time and MONEY on a continuous basis to be successful in your network marketing business.

If you do this, network marketing can and will work for you.

That’s it!

If you can do the things that I have listed above then a network marketing business can and will work for you.

And give you a No Limit Income!

A is for Appreciative Cultures, the end result of a leader’s work, when the culture he or she fosters becomes an appreciative value of the company.

G is for Growing your people. Like Sir Colin Marshall, head of British Airways, who personally attended every one of his customer care programmes, “Putting People First”.

H is for Helicopter vision, because you need to see in three time zones: the near, the middle and the far.

I is for leader Identity, the ability to be comfortable in your own shoes.

Mis for Mission which leaders live as well as write. Like Bill Gates insisting that his staff at Microsoft, Germany, use the familiar “Du” instead of the formal “Sie”.

He used them to produce a sauce that is now known as Tabasco and sold around the world.

P is for Plain-talking because leaders need to be understood.

Xis for Xtraordinary because leaders get ordinary people to do extraordinary things.

Y is for Yes, because there is always a plus to be found even in the worst situation and the toughest setback.
